For transporting small goods, we use our light hotshot vehicles. Our light vehicles (LV) consist of a fleet of utes, vans and compact ridged trucks.

HEAVY RIDGED HOTSHOT TRUCKS

For transporting larger freight we use our heavy-ridged hotshot trucks. These trucks can transport freight weighing up to 5 tonnes and measuring up to 8 meters.

SEMI-TRAILER & ROAD-TRAIN HOTSHOT TRUCKS

For transporting heavy freight we use our semi-trailers and road trains. This is often required when moving vehicles or large parts, often required int he mining industry.

Other Specialty Equipment

If your goods require specialised equipment or have particular transport requirements we can assist. This may be requirements such as on-loading and offloading fragile goods.

What are the different sized hotshots you can deliver?

Nationwide Hotshots offers hotshot deliveries ranging from small parcels or other freight that can be transported in a ute, van, or compact rigid truck, to larger equipment or machinery up to 5 tonnes and 8 metres delivered by heavy rigid trucks or the largest machinery transported on semi-trailers or road trains.

What is the difference between hotshots and trucking (semi-trailer) hotshot deliveries?

Hotshots are urgent, time sensitive deliveries, while regular trucking deliveries are non-urgent. If you order a delivery in advance, this is a normal trucking delivery, opposed to urgent, on-demand delivery requests that need to be done as soon as possible.

What is the maximum weight and size you can transport for a hotshot?

We can deliver freight up to 48 tonnes in weight and 14 metres in size. However, if you have cargo even larger, contact us to see what arrangements we can make.

How quickly can you deliver my hotshot?

Deliveries all depend on how far you need your items delivered. Sometimes, same-day-delivery is feasible if you are local. If you need an interstate delivery, times can be as short as 2-3 days. However, for an accurate timeline you will need to contact our team.

Do you offer real-time tracking?

All our vehicles are fitted with the latest on-board safety monitoring technology so we know the location of your goods from the moment of pick-up until the moment of delivery.
